These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of codeandbuild.tech, its guides and tools, and the CodeAndBuild AI Generator at app.codeandbuild.tech (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who we are#

CodeAndBuild is a web development and AI integration studio and publication operated by Ram Lian Cung. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean the operator of CodeAndBuild. You can reach us through the contact form.

Using the website#

• You may read, share, and link to our guides for personal, educational, and professional purposes.
• You must not use the Services in a way that breaks the law, harms other people, or interferes with the site, including scraping at a rate that degrades the site, attempting to break security, or uploading malware.
• You must not click on advertisements on this site to inflate ad activity, ask others to do so, or use automated tools to generate ad impressions or clicks.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the Services with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Our content and how you may use it#

The guides, text, images, logo, and site design are owned by CodeAndBuild or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original page. Please do not republish whole guides or our images on another site without written permission.

Code samples in our guides are published to be used. You may copy and adapt them in your own personal or commercial projects without attribution. They are provided as examples, without any warranty, and you are responsible for testing them before you rely on them.

AI-generated content on this site#

We use AI tools to help draft, illustrate, and check some guides. Cover images and example images are generated with AI and show fictional people, places, and characters, not photographs of real people. AI tools can make mistakes, so treat technical instructions as a starting point and verify them against official documentation before using them in production.

Rules for the AI Generator and browser tools#

The AI Generator, the code generator, and other tools let you submit prompts and receive generated text, code, or images ("Output"). When you use them, you agree to the following rules.

• Do not create or attempt to create sexual content involving minors, sexual or intimate images of real people, or any content that sexualizes a person without their consent.
• Do not create content that impersonates a real person, or deceptive images, audio, or video of real people ("deepfakes") without their clear permission.
• Do not create content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, harassment, or hatred against people based on a protected characteristic.
• Do not create malware, phishing pages, spam, or instructions intended to cause harm.
• Do not submit material you do not have the right to use, including other people's private information, copyrighted works, or trademarks used in a misleading way.
• Do not present Output as real news, real evidence, or the work of a real person when it is not.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for how you use the Output. Output may be inaccurate, may resemble content created for other users, and may not be protected by copyright in every country. Review Output before you publish it, and label AI-generated media where a platform or the law requires it.

We may filter prompts, refuse requests, limit usage, or suspend access to the tools to prevent abuse, protect other users, or comply with the law.

Messages you send us#

When you send feedback, a correction, or an idea through the contact form, you confirm that the message is yours to send and does not contain anything unlawful. We may use feedback and corrections to improve our guides without owing you payment. How we handle the personal information in your message is described in our Privacy Policy.

Advertising and third-party links#

This site shows advertisements served by Google AdSense and links to third-party websites and tools. We do not control those advertisements or sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. A link or an ad is not an endorsement.
